Paul Mengert, AMG executive, likes to think of himself as more than the CEO of a management company that is focused on improving the services of homeowners associations. He is, after all recognized as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and he is a graduate of Harvard Business School. He has also served on the national senior faculty for the Community Associations Institute. Paul has created and nurtured a homeowners’ association management training company capable of providing the best possible training possible for those whose career involves service with a homeowners’ association.

At the heart of Paul Mengert and AMG’s success is the firm’s somewhat condensed version of an MBA program. One intriguing feature of AMG’s courses is that they are taught by Harvard Business School alumni who happen to live in the Greensboro, North Carolina area. Paul Mengert’s choice to establish AMG in Greensboro demonstrates his commitment to the community where was born and raised. He has a strong urge to give back where he can. He is also interested in making sure AMG is one of the shining lights in the region.
